How it stays fair
- 1
You sign, the card is fixed
Each pack is a Collector Crypt purchase signed by a wallet: the challenger's own, or the escrow holding the creator's entry. Their VRF (RFC 9381) turns that signature into the draw, so the card is decided the moment you sign and nobody, us included, can change it.
- 2
Nobody sees a pull before both sides are in
The creator's entry waits in escrow and their packs are only bought when the challenger signs. Every purchase reaches the chain at the same moment, so no one can peek at the other side's pulls and walk away.
- 3
Every pull can be checked
Under any battle, each pull has a Verify draw link: Collector Crypt shows the VRF proof, the committed card pool and the odds used for that exact pack.
- 4
The winner is plain arithmetic
Each card scores the insured value Collector Crypt gives it. The higher total takes every card. An exact tie returns each player's own pulls.
- 5
One fee, only on winnings
Entering costs exactly the price of the packs. The house takes 2% of the insured value of the cards a winner takes home, paid when they sell or withdraw them. Ties pay nothing.
Randomness comes from Collector Crypt's VRF. Proofs can be checked on gacha.collectorcrypt.com.
